The Cottage
A beautiful stone cottage with an airy bedroom fitted with oak wardrobes, comfortable bed and desk/dressing table Bathroom with both bath and shower. Fully equipped kitchen and a spacious yet intimate lounge with beamed ceiling and log burner. It has all you need for a great stay.
Friends & Family
We rent the cottage out to friends and family on a casual basis. This keeps down the cost and gives us the flexibility we need. It's ideal for 2 people but sleeps 4 by using the sofa bed in the lounge.
Home from home
We've tried to make the cottage warm and cosy. It's all freshly decorated and furnish so I hope you'll feel comfortable. Do light the log burner and make use of the garden. The maps and DVDs are there to be used.

Location
The Cotswolds
Kington St Michael is on the edge of the Cotswolds with great access Westonbirt, Tetbury, Circencester and Castle Coombe. If you've never been to Bath I recommend taking the train and enjoying this amazing Georgian city. If you are a National Trust member do bring your membership card with you as there are some wonderful properties and walks within a few miles of KSM.
Kington St Michael
Kington St Michael was our home for three years; Joe was born in Bath and Alice in Chippenham. Ness taught in the village school and so we feel very connected with the place. It's a working village surrounded by farms. There are great walks and a pub, club, shop and cafe.
Chippenham
Chippenham is the nearest town. It has a good select of shops and supermarkets including a retail park. The station gives you access to Paddington in an hour. There is also a golf course and sports centre. Drive there or get the bus from the village which leaves every 30mins
